Refund policy
Returns
Full-priced merchandise that is unworn and in sellable condition may be returned for a refund if you notify Leon Dream Apparel or send it back within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you received free shipping, you may be liable for return shipping costs. Please note that goods remain your responsibility until they are returned to the address below.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Any items received in unsatisfactory condition, or lost in the mailing process (please ensure you obtain a tracking number), will not be accepted, and responsibility will rest with the customer. Once the returned products arrive at our studio, we will inspect them and process your refund within 24 hours.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the process below and complete the exchange form. Once we receive your package, we will process your exchange and email you an updated tracking number when your new item is on its way.
Alternatively, if you do not wish to wait for your exchange to be processed, you may place a new order directly through our website. To receive a refund for your original item(s), you will need to proceed with a return.
Process for Returns and Exchanges
For orders delivered within Australia, we accept returns and exchanges for change-of-mind purchases if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Email us at hello@leondream.co or download and complete the returns/exchanges form. If you prefer, print the form and include it with your return. Alternatively, you may simply email us with your request.

Repack your items in their original box with all packaging (exactly as you received them).

For international orders where the product may be faulty or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@leondream.co for further instructions.
We recommend keeping your tracking reference so you know when your parcel has been delivered to our address.
Shipping Costs

Change-of-mind returns/exchanges: The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchanges: Leon Dream Apparel covers the cost of postage to send exchange items back to the customer.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@leondream.co so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Timeline
Once your items have been received by Leon Dream Apparel, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed back into your account.
The time it takes to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution.
